Today I am going to share my feel with Nelf US colossal eyeliner inward shade 'Blue Sapphire ' . Packaging - 

The Nelf United States of America colossal eyeliner comes inwards a regular pencil form. Initially when I got it, I thought it is a retractable pencil simply it's non actually . You have to sharpen it every time which i don't like to make. Another matter is the tip is quite curve kind inward mine . one don't know if mine is a defective 1 or these are like this exclusively. There is no sharpener with this liner which is over again a downwardly betoken. There is an outer cardboard box which has all the information regarding the product.

Shade , Texture , Pigmentation & Staying Ability :

The shade Blue Sapphire is a very pretty vibrant teal green shade . It has very fine shimmers in it which is not harsh on pare all the same looking petty shiny. I dearest the colour . The texture is and so creamy as well as soft . It glides on eyelids similar butter too doesn't tag or force. As it is so soft ,y'all require to be careful piece applying otherwise it will break . It gives and so smoothen too precise application.

The colour is decently pigmented . It looks more vibrant on mitt swatch simply not look that much brighter  on eyelids. Because of the creamy texture ,it doesn't remain more time on eyes. Means if you accept oily eyelids and so the staying time is less as compared to dry out eye lids. It is not waterproof or smudge proof simply too not take away away easily .

Final Verdict - I similar the shade just not the packaging . And too we can accept amend options at this toll from other brands likewise. I won't recommend anyone to endeavor out this range ..
